Ten Minute Planner exists because wedding planning software often creates the very overwhelm it promises to fix. Dozens of tabs, colour-coded everything, notifications for tasks that do not matter yet — it can make a joyful project feel like an audit.
We take the opposite approach. A good planning tool should answer a few questions quickly: What have we decided? What does it cost? Who is coming? What is due next? What happens on the day, and in what order? If a spreadsheet, checklist or guide cannot answer those questions in plain language, it is not finished.
Our first product, The 10-Minute Wedding Planner, is sold through our Etsy shop, TenMinuteWedding. It pairs a practical workbook with a short setup path: enter the date, add the real numbers, and let the dashboard keep the totals honest. The Wedding Essentials Shopping Guide grew out of the same idea — couples kept asking which small items were actually worth buying, which could be borrowed or skipped, and which ones everyone forgets until the final week.
This website is the public home for those tools. The blog shares the thinking behind the templates: realistic budgets, payment schedules that do not ambush you, seating without drama, timelines that leave buffer, and small purchases that earn their place. The shopping list gathers the guide's product categories in one place so links can be checked and updated over time.
We are not a venue, a planning service or a replacement for the professionals you hire. We make organising tools for couples who are planning their own day — often in the margins of work, family and everything else. If a page here saves you one late-night spiral through a search engine, it has done its job.
Start with the tools. Browse the planner and guide in the Etsy shop, then come back here for the articles and shopping list whenever a new task lands.
